I'm thrilled you're here.
I understand that the people who appear the strongest are often carrying the most. My work is grounded in the belief that caregiving and helping others should not require you to sacrifice yout own emotional well-being. With experience in clinical practice, leadership, supervision, and program development, I bring both professional expertise and a deep understanding of the complex systems and relationships that can shape people's lives.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to create a space where you can explore what is happening, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and identify meaningful ways forward. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to start somehwere.
